Are you at the beginning of your HR career and looking for a role where you can both develop and make a difference? We are looking for someone who wants to grow into the breadth of HR work, gain valuable experience, and contribute to social benefit and sustainability in a true future industry!
About the role
We are now looking for a Junior HR Generalist who wants to become part of our HR team. In this role, you will work close to the operations and enjoy a varied daily routine ranging from recruitment and onboarding to personnel administration, occupational health and safety, ongoing HR matters, and payroll preparation.
This is a role where you get to test, learn, and develop – no two days are alike, and you will work on everything from small details to larger initiatives. As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to develop from administrative and operational tasks to taking on more strategic elements within HR.
About you
We are looking for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to develop in a broad role, from daily operational tasks to eventually contributing to more developmental and long-term issues. You are structured, receptive, and communicative, feeling confident in your interactions with people while being meticulous in your work.
You are driven, take ownership of your tasks, meet deadlines, and provide feedback. The role requires you to handle multiple parallel cases, prioritize correctly, and ensure clear communication. With your attention to detail and willingness to learn, you contribute to quality in HR processes and become a valued support for both managers and employees.
We are in a development phase, including a change of HR and payroll systems, and we would appreciate it if you are curious about how HR data, analysis, and new ways of working can contribute to better decisions and more efficient processes.

- Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent
- Very good digital skills and ease in learning new systems
