About the position 

We are looking for a vocational teacher for the Electrical and Energy program at Rudbecksgymnasiet in Tidaholm.

The position includes teaching in automation technology, programmable control systems, alarm, monitoring and security systems, and CAD. In addition to teaching, company contacts and work-based learning are a natural part of your work. Mentoring and other teacher duties are included in the position.

You and your colleagues create a stimulating study environment together with the students. The students' well-being, sense of security, and desire to learn are largely determined by their relationships with our staff. The Electrical and Energy program conducts both national and international trips and study visits, which are made possible through external funding.

The Electrical and Energy program is located on Vulcanön in the middle of the city, with the Tidan river just outside the windows.

Qualifications 

We are looking for you who are a certified vocational teacher within the Electrical and Energy program, and/or have professional experience in automation, programmable systems, and industrial automation.

As a person, you are accustomed to working together with others and have a good ability to build trusting relationships with your students. You also prioritize student participation and influence.

With a positive view on development and change work, you dare to test different solutions with the students in focus.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
