Do you want to help create a safe, joyful, and educational environment for our youngest children?

We are now looking for a licensed preschool teacher who, together with us, wants to develop teaching in line with the preschool's mission.

Responsibilities

At Näckrosvägen Preschool, we work to ensure that every child develops as much as possible based on their prerequisites. The education is based on the children's experiences, interests, and needs, and we value a practice rooted in democratic values, children's participation, and conscious pedagogical leadership.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for:

• planning, implementing, following up on, and developing teaching together with the work team
• contributing to the systematic quality work at the preschool
• creating an education that is safe, fun, and educational for all children
• working actively with the preschool's value base and children's rights
• collaborating with colleagues, guardians, and other professions

You lead the pedagogical work in the work team and are responsible for ensuring that the education is carried out in accordance with the preschool's governing documents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

is a licensed preschool teacher, has a professional approach, and a clear focus on the child. You are curious, reflective, and want to develop teaching together with others. You have the ability to create trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues, and contribute to a good work environment and collegial learning.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be presented before employment.

We conduct ongoing selection and interviews. The position may be filled before the application deadline.

Questions regarding the position will be answered starting from August 10, when the principal returns to work.
