We are constantly developing and are now looking for more driven, results-oriented, and engaged personal trainers who want to spread the joy of training at our clubs in Gothenburg and surrounding areas.

The Role of Personal Trainer with Us

As a PT at Nordic Wellness, you are much more than a coach – you are a role model, inspirer, and entrepreneur. You tailor training to the individual and help create joy in training for both beginners and elite athletes. Your goal? To help our members reach their goals – and make them look forward to the next session.

You are responsible for:

• Selling and marketing your services.
• Building long-term customer relationships.
• Planning and conducting high-quality PT sessions.
• Maintaining order and contributing to a positive training environment.
• Keeping journals and documentation with care and precision.

You are also an important part of the club as a whole – you support the team, contribute to a great atmosphere, and provide that little extra in everyday life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed personal trainer from an approved training provider.
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented.
• Is passionate about training, health, and sales.
• Has the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Has documented knowledge in nutrition & health (meritorious).
• Thrives working at a fast pace – both day, evening, and weekend.

About the Position

Employment Type: Hourly employment

Scope: Flexible – from a few hours a week to full-time

Location: Nordic Wellness clubs in Gothenburg and surrounding areas
