Description

Yrkesgymnasiet Solna is primarily seeking a certified vocational teacher in healthcare subjects, but you are also welcome to apply if you have at least five years of work experience from the healthcare sector. Here, students learn a trade from the ground up on real workplace sites with experienced supervisors. In this position, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge with the healthcare professionals of the future. More than half of the students' education takes place at a workplace, giving them a stable foundation and an advantage in the job market. Our students are prepared in the best possible way for their future professional lives with the support of their supervisors and dedicated educators.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in healthcare subjects, or alternatively has at least five years of experience from healthcare and a strong drive to teach and supervise students.
• Is an excellent communicator and team player who can act as a bridge-builder between school, students, and industry.
• Has a B-category driver's license and preferably access to a personal car.
• Has the ability to work independently while being team-oriented and collaborating with colleagues to best prepare students for their future professional lives.

Qualifications

A teaching degree or substantial experience within healthcare, along with a desire to inspire and develop the next generation of healthcare professionals. Teaching certification and pedagogical experience are desirable but not mandatory.
