Teacher Substitute in Stockholm – Flexible and Meaningful Work

Do you want to work with children and young people and make a difference in schools? We are looking for you who want to work as a teacher substitute at a high school.

We offer both short-term and long-term substitute positions, and we match assignments based on your preferences, availability, and qualifications. You control which days and times you want to work, making it easy to combine the job with studies or other commitments.

About the Role

As a substitute, you replace regular teachers during short or long periods. You prepare and conduct lessons and contribute to a safe, structured, and meaningful school day for the students.

You collaborate with the school staff, adapt to the routines and working methods of different schools, and handle classroom situations in a safe and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience teaching in high school
• Has a high school education and post-secondary studies in your subjects. Post-secondary education in pedagogy is an advantage.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good references
• Is flexible, responsible, and thrives in a varied work environment
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with children and young people
