About the unit
The Defence Materiel Administration's Telecommunications and Information Systems Regiment (FMTIS) has the main task of managing the operation and maintenance of command and support systems at all readiness levels, both nationally and internationally. The unit you will belong to is led from Örebro, but the work is carried out in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities
- Support the head of the staff group.
- Staff the reception.
- Handle access control (entry/exit).
- Mail handling.
- Orderly duties (courier/messenger).
- Purchasing.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Swedish citizenship.
- Good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- No allergy to fur, or a mild allergy manageable with medication.
Meritorious qualifications
- Completed basic military training.
- Experience working in an administrative function or role.
- Experience in staff work within the Swedish Armed Forces or another government agency.
- Good and current knowledge of the Office package.
- Category B driver's license.

Other information
Employment type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces apply a six-month probationary period for those who have not previously been employed by the agency.
Full-time/part-time: Full-time.
Place of work: Stockholm. Business travel occurs, as well as work at irregular hours.
Start date and salary: According to agreement.
