About the unit
The Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Regiment (FMTIS) is primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of command and control support systems at all readiness levels, both nationally and internationally. The unit you will belong to is led from Örebro, but the work is performed in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities
- Staff the unit's STEX (Staff Expedition).
- Handle registration and diary management.
- Distribute open and classified documents.
- Develop routines and processes related to case and task management, including IMPEX.
- Support the head of the staff expedition.
- Perform signals security duties.
- Perform communications duties.
- Perform orderly duties.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Swedish citizenship.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
- Completed upper secondary education.
- Experience working in an administrative role or position.
- Good and current knowledge of the Office package.
- Category B driver's license.
- No fur allergy, or a mild allergy manageable with medication.
Meritorious qualifications
- Completed basic military training.
- Experience in staff work within the Swedish Armed Forces or another authority.
- Experience in leadership and case follow-up.
- Experience working in the systems VIDAR, SWECCIS, and ISUS.
- Experience working in the systems BICES and NS WAN.
- Previous experience in the role of registrar or communications handler.
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and meticulous. You must have the ability to see the big picture while keeping track of the details. You need to be results-oriented, service-minded, and adaptable to changing circumstances. The work involves handling classified information, which requires humility and a high degree of personal integrity. You must also have good oral and written communication skills and be able to work both in teams and independently. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, regarding both competence and previous experience, as well as how we assess that your personality will fit into the intended work group.
Other information
Employment type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces apply a six-month probationary period for those not already employed by the authority.
Full-time/part-time: Full-time.
Position type: Civilian.
Work location: Stockholm. Business travel occurs, as well as work at irregular hours.
Start date and salary: According to agreement.
