We are looking for a Transport Planner for our client in southern Stockholm.

About the role

As a Transport Planner, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing our transport operations within the region. You work closely with both colleagues and operational staff, making this role central to the efficiency of the business.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and distributing work orders to the right resources.
• Optimizing vehicle usage across a larger geographical area.
• Monitoring completed assignments and adjusting routes if necessary.
• Handling and following up on deviations and complaints.
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines regarding quality, environment, and working environment.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers, drivers, colleagues, and other functions.
• Supporting other parts of the organization when needed.

• Have experience in transport planning or logistics support.
• Have good local knowledge of Stockholm and the surrounding area.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious.
• Have an interest in the environment and sustainable development.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle stressful situations.
• Hold a valid B driver's license.
