Foodmark AB is one of Sweden's leading food producers, headquartered in Sundbyberg with its own manufacturing facilities in Sweden. Foodmark's business idea is to develop and market high-quality chilled, prepared fresh products under strong brands such as Fjällbrynt, Rydbergs, Lohmanders, Delikatessfabriken, and Jensens sauces.

HR Business Partner at Foodmark

We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to take an active role in strengthening our leaders, developing the organization, and contributing to a culture characterized by drive, collaboration, and passion.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you are a key person in our organization and work closely with our managers and employees – both in production and among white-collar staff.
You are based in Albyberg and have an operationally close working method where you regularly visit our units. The role involves travel to our production facilities on Gotland and in Vidsel.
You combine operational support with a clear focus on development and improvement, building trust through presence, clarity, and business understanding.
Your responsibilities
Provide proactive and business-oriented support to managers
Ensure that we work in line with labor law and collective agreements
Drive and develop union collaboration and negotiations
Strengthen leadership through coaching and clear direction
Work with the entire employee journey – from recruitment to development and exit
Actively contribute to change management and organizational development
Build culture – where responsibility, collaboration, and engagement are second nature
We are looking for someone who
Has 5–6 years of experience in broad HR work, preferably in an HRBP role
Is skilled and confident in labor law and union collaboration
Has experience working closely with both white-collar and blue-collar staff
Thrives in an operationally close role, preferably from production or a similar environment
Is accustomed to taking responsibility, prioritizing, and driving work independently
Has a strong ability to build trust and relationships
Has the possibility and willingness to travel between our units (Albyberg, Gotland, Vidsel)
