Sales Administrator with a Sense for Service at JFC NORDEN (Sweden) AB

JFC NORDEN (Sweden) AB is a leading food distributor that imports high-quality food products from Japan and the rest of Asia. We distribute to shops, restaurants, and retailers throughout Sweden and Finland. JFC is a global company with its European headquarters in Düsseldorf, and we are a wholly-owned subsidiary of the well-known Japanese company Kikkoman Corporation.

As the market grows, we are now looking for an additional sales administrator to join our cheerful team of four colleagues.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

In the role of Sales Administrator, you play a central part with varied tasks. You work in close collaboration with your colleagues, and your main duties include:

  • Order processing and daily customer contact via both phone and email.
  • Handling incoming deliveries (PO) and related administration.
  • Translation work of product information and documents from English to Swedish.
  • Contact with subcontractors and authorities.
  • Customer invoicing and related administration.
  • Ongoing administrative work at the office.
  • Participation in inventory counts together with the rest of the office (four times a year).

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are a social, meticulous, and self-starting person with good teamwork skills. You are service-oriented, structured, and comfortable in an environment where the pace can sometimes be fast. You take great responsibility for your tasks and have the ability to see what needs to be done.

Requirements for the position:

  • At least a high school education.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Merits:

  • Previous experience in administrative tasks or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Japanese is a plus but not a requirement.
  • A genuine interest in Japan and its food culture is a big plus!

Other Information

  • Employment type: Permanent position (full-time) starting with a 6-month probationary period.
  • Location: Skogås, Stockholm.
  • Start date: October 1st or as agreed.
