Responsibilities

In this role, you will work both independently and in teams, focusing on ensuring that decisions are well-founded and comply with legal requirements, conditions, and internal guidelines. You will work in various case management systems where you export and import data, perform analyses, and follow up on decisions and deadlines. You will be based at Swedbank's offices in Stockholm and work in a structured environment with a high level of professionalism and a focus on collaboration.

You will be responsible for:

• Handling administration related to the termination of customer relationships
• Exporting/importing data between different systems and creating reports/statistics
• Working with data analysis and quality assurance to ensure that decisions are correct and consistent
• Handling authority inquiries and following up on expiration dates
• Interpreting decision materials and ensuring that all steps in the process comply with regulations and the bank's guidelines

We are looking for someone who

• Is at the beginning of their banking and finance career and wants to get a foot in the door at Swedbank.
• Has recently completed a bachelor's degree in economics, law, or a similar relevant field.
• Has experience working with data and administration.
• Has very good skills in Excel.
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in KYC/AML or a similar compliance area. Experience working in case management systems and data handling in larger organizations is viewed positively!

Job Information

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Swedbank, is looking for a KYC Specialist. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Swedbank until the turn of the year, with good opportunities for extension or permanent hire, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
