About the role

TeknikAkademin Norden AB is looking for a teacher in property economics and law who wants to educate the future specialists of the real estate industry.

As an educator, you are responsible for planning, conducting, and developing teaching on economic and legal issues related to properties, property management, and real estate transactions.

Your responsibilities

• Teach property economics and property law
• Teach economic and legal principles within the property sector
• Supervise students in projects, case studies, and practical applications
• Connect theory to real-world situations in the real estate industry
• Contribute to the development of educational content

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic or professional background in property economics, property law, or a related field
• Has experience working in the real estate industry
• Is pedagogical, structured, and communicative
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious: Experience in teaching or supervision.
