We are now looking for a key person who can grow with us and take overall responsibility for our HR and financial matters.

About the role

In this role, you will be a central figure at our office in Stockholm. You will have a unique opportunity to combine two exciting areas of expertise and help shape both our HR function and our financial processes. Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist with us, you will enjoy a varied daily routine where you switch between strategic HR work and operational financial tasks. Your main areas of responsibility include:

  • HR & Personnel Administration:
  • Support managers throughout the entire HR process, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Act as a sounding board for labor law and occupational health and safety issues.
  • Drive and develop our work with employer branding and talent acquisition.
  • Handle ongoing HR administration such as contracts, employment terms, and personnel statistics.
  • Finance & Invoicing:
  • Take independent responsibility for ongoing invoicing to our customers.
  • Manage customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable.
  • Work with ongoing accounting, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to monthly closing and budget monitoring with a focus on personnel economic key figures.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a relevant post-secondary education, for example in personnel science, business administration, or a combined education.

You have:

  • Documented experience working as an HR generalist or in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in ongoing financial administration, where invoicing and account management are a natural part of the job.
  • Very good system proficiency and confidence in working with various business systems.
  • Ability to communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
