About the role

We are currently looking for an Administrator for Vattenfall in Stockholm or Luleå. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks and manage inquiries from municipalities, authorities, and larger companies wishing to establish operations in connection with the company's facilities.

The work involves, in collaboration with other units and departments, compiling and answering questions about planned establishments based on internal guidelines and the Electricity Act. The role also includes writing minutes as well as coordinating and organizing development work within the operations.

The role includes, among other things, the following tasks:

  • Receive inquiries from municipalities, authorities, and larger companies wishing to establish operations in connection with the company's facilities.
  • Compile and answer questions about planned establishments based on internal guidelines and the Electricity Act.
  • Coordinate cases and issues with other units and departments.
  • Write minutes and other documentation.
  • Perform administrative work within the department.
  • Lead and coordinate development work within the operations.

Contract period and scope:

The Administrator position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-08-30 and is expected to run until 2027-01-31.

Requirements for the role:

  • Education in urban planning, jurisprudence, or similar.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience of having participated in or carried out several similar assignments.
  • Experience in writing minutes.
  • Experience in leading and coordinating development work within operations.
  • Good ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.

Meritorious qualifications for the role:

  • Experience with municipal planning.
  • Experience with building permit processes related to the power grid.
