We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist for a consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment covers approximately 20–35% of full-time hours and is based at our office in Täby.

This is an exciting role in an international environment, where you will be responsible for the payroll processing for approximately 50 employees. The main focus is Sweden, but you will also coordinate and quality-assure payroll processes together with external payroll partners in the Netherlands, the UK, Norway, Finland, and France.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for and quality-assuring the payroll process for approximately 50 employees.
• Handle Swedish payroll and coordinate international payroll data and deliveries.
• Collaborate with external payroll agencies in several countries to ensure accurate data and deliveries.
• Handle expense reports and personnel administration issues related to the payroll process.
• Provide advisory support and ensure that payroll work complies with current regulations and internal procedures.

You will also have ongoing contact with external payroll agencies, including:

• Deel
• Azzets
• Dolkhesper
• Goodville

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as a payroll specialist or senior payroll consultant.
• Has extensive experience with Swedish payroll and preferably experience with international payroll processing.
• Thrives in an international organization with many contact points and is accustomed to cross-border collaboration.
• Has experience with Visma Lön 600.
• Works independently, is detail-oriented, and has a structured approach to work.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
