The Social Services Administration is responsible for individual and family care, elderly care, and care for people with disabilities. We work preventively with support, interventions, and authority functions for children, young people, families, adults, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

The Position

Ordinary housing is part of Huddinge Municipality's own management, and we are now looking for an additional recruiter. You can easily reach us by public transport. The location is within Ordinary Housing, Social Services Administration, led by section managers, unit managers, and method developers.

About the Role

The Elderly Care department recruits hourly substitutes for all operations within home care services, which is why we need you to meet this demand. As a recruiter, you are responsible for recruiting substitutes. You handle advertising, selection, interviews, reference checks, and draw up employment contracts. You are responsible for providing candidates with basic information in connection with employment. You are also expected to conduct proactive recruitment work, identify and attract talent, and build relationships to make Huddinge Municipality the next step in the career for potential candidates to our operations.

You will primarily work via digital channels. The work is carried out through a well-defined and thoroughly developed process to ensure high quality. You will work together with another recruiter. The position is during daytime hours. There is an opportunity for remote work for part of the working time if the work allows.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience as a recruiter and have a few years of experience working broadly with recruitment. You are confident in your own competence as a recruiter and the responsibility for the overall role. The requirements are that you have post-secondary education focused on human resources or recruitment, good knowledge of Word/Excel, and proficiency in Swedish in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have a background in nursing and if you have worked with high-volume recruitment. To succeed in the role, you must be an independent and initiative-taking person. The role's many contact surfaces place demands on your communication skills in speech and writing. We are looking for you who have a genuine interest and feeling for working within healthcare and social care.

Important qualities are that you are responsible, flexible, act with a high service mindset, both internally and externally, and see collaboration as a matter of course. You are an employee who wants to contribute to operational development by coming up with ideas and challenging established ways of working. You want to participate actively in the changes and development work being carried out.
