We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented Information Manager (IMO) who wants to contribute to our operations at the Cyber Defence Command (CFL).

About the role
In our staff, you will be responsible for information management and will support the Chief of Staff with system support, signals security issues, and method development.
We are looking for you who have experience in information management, enjoy developing methods and processes, and are motivated by creating structure, clarity, and value for others.
As an IMO, you will be responsible for the information management processes at the Cyber Defence Command. The work involves close collaboration with many colleagues.

Main responsibilities:
You will:
- independently lead projects within information management
- manage contact areas primarily within Cyber Defence as well as towards the rest of the Swedish Armed Forces
- be responsible for Cyber Defence's information management in command support systems, regarding design, site structure, and metadata to ensure good information accessibility
- be responsible for training personnel in information management issues, e.g., user training in current command support systems
- be responsible for training exercise participants in current information management procedures, both analog and digital
- participate in the development and maintenance of instructions, routines, and methods
- be responsible for maintaining the Cyber Defence Information Knowledge Management plan (IKM)
- ensure that Cyber Defence follows current directives and regulations regarding information management
- contribute to the development of order works regarding information management
We are looking for you who meet the following requirements:
- several years of documented work experience in project management and collaboration with multiple different stakeholders, nationally
- relevant upper secondary education or experience that the employer considers equivalent
- very good computer skills including the office suite
- very good skills in expressing yourself both orally and in writing in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have:
- current and relevant work experience in staff work within the Swedish Armed Forces
- current and relevant work experience in information management
- good knowledge in the field of signals security
- relevant education in information management, libraries, archives, and/or business development
- current and relevant previous work experience with SharePoint
- high ability to drive issues independently

Employment entails national and international work obligations. The selection process will be supplemented with work psychological tests.

Information about the recruiting unit:
The Chief of Defence and the Director General are located at the Headquarters. The Headquarters has approximately 1,000 employees – both career officers and civilian experts. From 2023-01-01, the Headquarters consists of the Defence Staff, the Operations Command, the Military Intelligence and Security Service, as well as the Headquarters Staff Department and independent supervision units.
Employment with us entails placement in a security class. Swedish citizenship is usually required. Security clearance with register check will be conducted prior to employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be war-placed. The employment also includes an obligation to serve abroad. The meaning of this varies depending on the type of position. A CV and personal letter must be attached to the application for employment.
