We are now looking for a Senior Recruiter for a position within the public sector. This role is ideal for you who have extensive experience in independently driving recruitment processes from start to finish and are confident in competency-based recruitment within a government environment.

About the Assignment

You will work operationally with end-to-end recruitment in an organization with a high academic level and many specialist roles. The assignment involves supporting the recruitment of both qualified specialist positions and operational support functions.

This is a role for you who are accustomed to working in a structured, professional, and independent manner in an environment where job profiles, selection, and assessment must maintain high quality throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes from start to finish
• Work with job profiles, advertising, selection, and interviews
• Ensure a professional and high-quality candidate experience
• Apply competency-based recruitment throughout the entire process
• Support hiring managers in selection and assessment
• Handle recruitment for both specialists and support functions

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience conducting end-to-end recruitment
• At least 2 years of experience with recruitment within the Swedish government sector
• Several years of experience with competency-based recruitment and practical experience working according to KBR (Competency-Based Recruitment)
• Ability to recruit for qualified specialist roles and positions with a high academic level
