About the role

As a Career Manager, you are responsible for the entire delivery process; from requirement profile, search, interviews, candidate presentations, placement, and finally follow-up. To find the right employee, we work almost exclusively with search. This is fun and challenging, which you must also enjoy. We also work to find the next right employer in their career through dialogue with candidates within IT and Tech. The candidate simply outsources their job search to us.

Examples of what you will do:

• Plan and drive your recruitment processes from start to finish
• Nurture candidate and client relationships through close collaboration and relationship building
• Identify new needs among existing clients and contribute to improving our processes
• Follow up on ongoing deliveries with the client and consultant to ensure well-being, development, and a good work environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment, preferably within IT/Tech/Engineering
• Is proficient in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is passionate about meeting people and is good at building relationships
• Thrives working with results and driving things to completion
• Is accustomed to working with digital tools
