About the role

Wrknest is currently looking for a Track Time Planner for a company within the railway industry. Our client is responsible for some of Sweden's most important railway and metro projects and works every day to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable public transport.

You will become part of an experienced team with high technical competence, where planning is a crucial part of the operations. This role is suitable for you who have good knowledge of the Stockholm Metro and want to use your experience in a varied position with many contact points and significant influence on daily operations. The work involves both long-term planning and handling of urgent changes. Therefore, you thrive in an environment where conditions can change quickly and where you, together with colleagues, find solutions that are both safe and operational.

As a consultant at Wrknest Engineering, you are employed with a fixed monthly salary and are covered by the collective agreement, which includes insurance and pension benefits. It is also important to us that you maintain close contact with us throughout the assignment. Therefore, you have a dedicated consultant manager who follows up with you regularly, is there when you need support in your daily work, and helps you develop in your role. Your future responsibilities

As a Track Time Planner, you are responsible for creating the right conditions for work in the track environment. You collaborate closely with project managers, foremen, technicians, and other functions to ensure that work can be carried out safely and efficiently without disturbing traffic more than necessary.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and coordinating track times for work in the metro.
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to current safety requirements.
• Coordinating planning with several internal and external stakeholders.
• Handling changes, rescheduling, and urgent events that affect planned work.
• Participating in site visits when necessary, including evenings or nights.
• Working in the company's planning system and documenting completed planning.
• Contributing to close collaboration between planning, production, and project management.

We are looking for someone who has

• A high school education in electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid ESL (Electrical Safety Level) qualification.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience from the railway industry, including qualifications to work in tracks and/or as a supervisor.
• Good local knowledge of the metro's facilities and infrastructure.
• Good computer skills.

The following is considered meritorious

• If you are a SoS leader and/or SoS planner.
• If you have previously worked in the Maximo system.

To succeed in this role, you are someone who remains calm even when the pace is high. You enjoy collaborating with others, are unpretentious, and help out where needed. At the same time, you are structured and have the ability to make well-founded decisions even when conditions change with short notice.
