We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven Office Manager for a consultancy assignment with one of our clients. The role involves overall responsibility for the daily operations of the office and plays a central part in creating a well-organized, professional, and representative workplace. During the first six months, you will also play a key role in coordinating the move to new premises, ensuring smooth operations during the ongoing renovation.

You will work closely with the company's management and the incoming Executive Assistant. Until the Executive Assistant starts, you will also provide support with certain administrative and coordinating tasks.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the daily operations of the office.
  • Ensuring that the office, kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas are always well-organized and presentable.
  • Receiving visitors and serving as a professional external point of contact.
  • Handling mail, orders, supplier contacts, and other office services.
  • Coordinating cleaning, facility management, and external suppliers.
  • Managing access systems, keys, and practical office matters.
  • Coordinating the move to new premises and maintaining ongoing contact with contractors and suppliers.
  • Supporting management with administrative and coordinating tasks.
  • Coordinating onboarding for new employees, internal meetings, and events.
  • Contributing to a safe, secure, and well-functioning work environment.

You have

  • Several years of experience as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Experience independently managing office services, administration, and supplier contacts.
  • Strong administrative skills and a habit of working in a structured manner.
  • Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good IT literacy.
  • A natural eye for order, quality, and details.
  • A proactive work style and the ability to anticipate needs before others do.
  • A strong service focus, high sense of responsibility, and a flat-hierarchy approach.
  • High integrity and good judgment.

Qualifications that are a plus:

  • Experience with office setup or relocation projects.
  • Experience supporting management with administrative and coordinating tasks.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety and systematic work environment management (SBA).
