RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to be part of developing tomorrow's medical care administrators?

We are now looking for an engaged Education Manager for a temporary position within our vocational higher education program.

As an Education Manager, you have a central role in planning, implementing, and developing the education. The position combines educational management with teaching, meaning that you both lead and actively contribute to the implementation of the education.

You work together with a teaching colleague as well as external consultants and lecturers, which places high demands on collaboration, coordination, and communication. Together, you ensure the quality of the education and its connection to working life.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the education
• Teach relevant courses within the education
• Collaborate with teaching colleagues and coordinate external consultants and lecturers
• Maintain ongoing contact with students and support their progression
• Collaborate with LIA (Work Integrated Learning) supervisors and working life
• Ensure that the education meets the requirements of the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education
• Work with quality assurance and development of the education
• Administrative tasks related to the education

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education, preferably within healthcare, administration, or pedagogy
• Experience in educational activities, teaching, project management, or coordination
• Good administrative skills and IT proficiency
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written

It is meritorious if you have:

• Licens as a vocational teacher
• Experience from vocational higher education
• Knowledge of medical care administration
• Experience working in healthcare or social services

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-11-02 or earlier by agreement, the position is fixed-term until July 2, 2027.
