We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living in Mölnlycke.

About the job as a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks generally involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

Tasks

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

We are looking for you who:

We are now looking for personal assistants who wish to work approximately 75% for a woman. Working hours include weekdays and weekends, with day, evening, and night shifts available.

The customer has a large assistant group, and the important thing is to find people who have a long-term interest in working as a professional personal assistant and who can grow in the role. Previous experience is not a requirement if the personal chemistry is right.

You will belong to a work group with several assistants with varying degrees of employment. The work can involve both single and double assistance depending on the level of support needed.

In her leisure time, the customer loves to live an active life, be outdoors, do things, grow flowers in the garden, meet friends, sunbathe at the beach, go to exhibitions, visit farm shops, go to concerts, etc. The customer has a cottage that she loves to visit, which may also mean that you, as an assistant, accompany her.

The workplace is located in Mölnlycke, and from Korsvägen in Gothenburg, you are here in 25 minutes.

About you

As an assistant, you are involved in all daily activities, as well as helping with exercise, stretching, and positioning. In other words, you must be in good physical shape yourself.

The assistants work largely according to routines so that the customer's life and body function as well as possible. It is important that you are energetic, positive, careful, strong, reliable, and punctual.

You must also have a driver's license, as you will be driving her car (automatic) during the day. If you are only interested in night shifts, a driver's license is not a requirement.

We offer

We offer employment with a collective agreement and a wellness allowance. The work is varied and includes day, weekend, evening, and night shifts.

About the employment

The employment is for approximately 75%. The work is performed in Mölnlycke.

We are looking for you who are responsible, receptive, and have an easy time learning new tasks. At Särnmark, you always receive an introduction to the customer as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

The form of employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays, and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
