About the position

We are currently looking for personal assistants for a 40-year-old woman in Ulricehamn. The positions are part-time, and we need extra support during weeks 28-31. The work involves accompanying the woman in her daily life, except when she is at day activity (every weekday between 08:45-15:20). Duties may include accompanying her on shopping trips, having coffee together, or going to town to shop.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 13:00-08:45,
• 15:20-08:45,
• 08:45-08:45 (the following day).

About the client

Physical activity and swimming are things this woman enjoys greatly, so it is a plus if you do too. She communicates using sounds, pictures, and various other communication aids. Knowledge of sign language is an advantage, as she enjoys communicating with her surroundings.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful daily life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you, as an applicant for this position, are a person who is sensitive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important factor is the personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• You are a non-smoker,
• You can swim and participate in activities involving bathing,
• You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience in healthcare and social care, particularly in personal assistance,
• Experience with communication aids.

Scope: Part-time, with the possibility of more work during the summer period (weeks 28-31). Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediately. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
