About the job:

We are currently looking for 1 person who wants to become part of our new, wonderful team starting August 1, 2026.

You will work as a personal assistant for a 44-year-old woman with functional variations.

She needs your help with personal care, communication, household chores, and activities.

In her spare time, she enjoys being social with other people.

On weekdays, she attends day activities from 08:45–13:00 without a personal assistant. You start working when she returns home from day activities and work until the following morning.

You and your future colleagues make a big difference by making the customer's life work and helping her participate in society on equal terms.

Working hours include days, evenings, nights with waiting time, and weekends. The shifts are long, and on weekends, it is a 24-hour shift, including holidays from day activities and public holidays.

The workplace is smoke-free.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and responsive.

We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to:

• have experience as a personal assistant or similar
• have knowledge of disabilities
• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• preferably have a B driver's license (not a requirement)
• be calm and able to work with low affective reactions
• be creative and proactive

The employment begins with a 6-month probation period.
