The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and health care at home, Individual and Family Care (IFO), and care and housing facilities. IFO is responsible for the following operations: support for children, young people, and their families, support for adults, social assistance/financial aid, labor market initiatives, and reception of newly arrived immigrants.

The Housing Unit consists of two parts: psychiatric housing and homes for care or housing (HVB). As the current psychiatric housing will be supplemented with additional housing in 2026, a recruitment need has arisen.

The work group consists of a coordinator, treatment assistants, housing support workers, and night staff providing housing support. In our operations, we adopt a systemic approach and use low-affective handling.
