The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home help and home healthcare, Individual and Family Care (IFO), and care and nursing homes. IFO is responsible for the following operations; support for children, young people, and their families, support for adults, financial assistance/economic aid, as well as labor market initiatives and reception of newly arrived immigrants.

Job Description
As a Social Administrator, you will become an important cog in IFO's work with children and young people. You will support our social secretaries in the processing of cases concerning children and young people and participate in investigating reports and applications, as well as following up on interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act with Special Provisions on the Care of Young People (LVU). The target group is children and young people aged 0–21 years.
In your assignment, you work closely with our social secretaries and help with assessments and considerations where the processing is based on systemic theoretical assumptions. You will also independently perform public authority functions according to the Social Services Act. Collaboration occurs continuously with schools, Child Health Centers (BVC), police, and others. Our processing is based on Child Needs in Center (BBIC) in the Treserva operation system. We have a strong focus on children's participation in care and are constantly working to highlight children's voices. Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a university education with a social orientation, or a folk high school education with an orientation that the employer considers equivalent. It is meritorious if you have experience of similar tasks and if you have knowledge of systems theory. In the work, it is important that you can formulate yourself well in speech and writing.
As a person, you are empathetic, service-oriented, and stress-resistant with good social competence and respectful treatment. You can adapt to changed circumstances, are good at collaborating with others, and have the ability to work independently. You are structured, careful, flexible, and solution-focused. You show good judgment and a good view of humanity with respectful treatment. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
Good computer skills and a B-driver's license are requirements for the position.
