Ale Omsorg AB is now looking for a summer substitute personal assistant for a cheerful and pleasant young woman. We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people.

As a personal assistant, you are a support in everyday life and help with personal care, activities, communication, and other daily tasks. The work is based on the user's individual needs and wishes and aims to create a safe, active, and meaningful daily life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is sensitive, responsible, and reliable.
• Has a positive attitude and good collaboration skills.
• Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends according to schedule.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social care is meritorious but not a requirement – personal suitability is valued highest.
