We are now looking for engaged method developers for our new Method and Quality Team within Functional Support.
Do you want to be part of building an entirely new team that will play a central role in developing the quality of our LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatric operations? Do you have a passion for method development, competence support, and the ability to translate research and guidelines into concrete practice? Then you could be one of our new colleagues in the Method and Quality Team.
The team is a new function that will work on behalf of the strategic and tactical leadership team of Functional Support. The mandate of the Method and Quality Team is to strengthen the quality of our operations, support units in methodological matters, and ensure that working methods are uniform, legally secure, and based on current research and national guidelines.
As one of the team's three method developers, you will be a key person in the work of creating structure, clarity, and high quality – for the benefit of both users and employees.
Responsibilities
As a method developer, you are responsible for developing, coordinating, and following up on working methods within Functional Support. You drive method and quality development on behalf of the strategic and tactical leadership team of Functional Support. You ensure that the operations work according to evidence and national guidelines, and strengthen the quality of pedagogical methods, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), mapping tools, and social documentation.
You provide method support and supervision to the operations, hold internal training sessions, coordinate networks, and are responsible for competence development initiatives related to Functional Support. The role also includes analysis work, needs mapping, follow-up of results and method compliance, as well as responsibility for self-controls.
You collaborate broadly, both within the organization and with external actors, follow developments in legislation and research, and participate in relevant projects and networks. The mandate also includes system administration of Functional Support's operation-specific systems and contributing to a preventive and knowledge-based working approach within Functional Support.
Qualifications
The role requires a relevant degree from a university/college with a clear focus on the disability area and/or the pedagogical area.
You should have experience working within LSS and/or social psychiatry, as well as good knowledge of the legislation within LSS and SoL (Social Services Act), such as regulations regarding protective, coercive, and restrictive measures.
You should also have experience with social documentation and implementation plans, deviation management, as well as various methods, tools, and approaches related to the target group. You are also comfortable working with different digital systems and have an interest in developing digital working methods in the operations.
As a person, you work independently, build good relationships, and collaborate effectively both internally and externally. You see opportunities, can translate theory into practice, and contribute to the strategic development of the operations. In the networks you are responsible for, you have a guiding and follow-up role. You are also confident in training, supervising, and supporting others in their development.
A valid driver's license with category B is required.
Please attach your CV and cover letter with your application.
