RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Quality and Development Manager, you will lead and coordinate development and quality work at an overarching level within social services and municipal healthcare. You will do this in close collaboration with, among others, business developers, business managers, MAS (Medical and Social Committee), MAR (Health and Medical Committee), and the Social Affairs Director, who is also your direct supervisor.
You will work on developing and implementing strategies, methods, and tools to strengthen the operations' prerequisites and ability to create value for those we serve.
In your work, you will lead change processes, conduct qualified investigations, write statements, handle and respond to references, motions, and citizen proposals. You will also be responsible for developing management systems for systematic quality work, consolidating quality work, and compiling the annual quality report.
Through active environmental scanning and knowledge gathering, you will stay updated on news and new legislation, spread information, and provide stable support to management and managers.
You will participate in various groups and networks where you take an active and sometimes leading role. Currently, several major transitions are underway across the entire organization, including the new Social Services Act and the transition to "Good and Close Care." You are part of the top management group for social services and municipal healthcare, where we work together to realize overarching goals and visions.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a relevant academic education and competence within the legislation governing the area. Experience from the municipal or regional sector is important, as is knowledge and experience of quality and development work at an overarching level. It is important to us that you have a good understanding of the challenges the public sector faces. We consider it a merit if you have leadership and managerial experience, as we value the special understanding of organizational and management issues that this provides.
As a person, we see that you are both analytical and pedagogical, and proactive. You are structured and feel a great responsibility for your tasks, their execution, and results. You enjoy working independently and taking significant personal responsibility, but you appreciate and contribute to good collaborations by being receptive and clear in your communication, both verbally and in writing.
In the role, you will convey and present information both orally and in text in various forums; it is important that you feel confident in this. You have basic IT skills and are a proficient user of the Office package.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: By agreement.
