RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of HR Partner, you act as a professional and consultative support to one of the municipality's operations. In this role, you work with a business focus, meaning that as an HR Partner, you support specific operations and their managers within the organization and handle all occurring issues within the HR area.
You work broadly, proactively, and developmentally with HR issues, such as competence supply, recruitment, work environment, rehabilitation, labor law issues, and collaboration. You drive processes, issues, and cases independently but belong to and work together with, support, and are supported by a work group that enjoys collaborating.
You also work generally with development and change work within the HR area; this can involve creating and leading training or drafting policy documents, guidelines, and routines. Based on your experience and interests, there is also an opportunity to deepen your knowledge in a specific area. Perhaps you are particularly interested in working with gender equality and diversity, or competence supply?
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a relevant academic education focusing on personnel and working life issues, and/or working life experience that the employer considers equivalent. We would like you to have previous experience of working with HR issues and HR processes in a broad role. If you have experience of working towards the school's various operations and collective agreement area, this is considered meritorious, but is not a requirement.
To thrive in the role, it is important that you are driven and proactive; you are stimulated by outward-facing work and the breadth of tasks involved when working as a business-close HR Partner. Delivering high-quality service and support is a given for you! You work in a supportive, learning, and consultative partnership based on a coaching approach. You are relationship-building and appreciate good collaborations, which you contribute to by being attentive and clear in your communication. Furthermore, you are responsible and non-hierarchical; at our place, we are happy to share both successes and mistakes.
You have good computer skills, which makes it easy for you to familiarize yourself with the systems we use. The work is communicative and places high demands on your ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
