About IMPACT

How do we build a labor market where more people have the opportunity to contribute? This is one of the questions we work with in IMPACT – Modern Matching. We believe that future competence supply is not just about finding the right person. It is also about creating workplaces where people have the opportunity to grow, develop, and contribute based on their strengths.

We are now looking for a project worker at 30% who wants to develop companies, workplaces, and ways of working together with the local business community.

IMPACT – Modern Matching is a development project within Timrå Municipality funded by the European Social Fund. The goal is for more companies to have their competence needs met while more people have the opportunity to establish themselves in the labor market.

About the role

This role operates primarily out at companies. You will be an important link between the project and the business community. The work involves, among other things:

• building and developing relationships with companies
• supporting the project team with company-oriented initiatives
• contributing to the development and packaging of working methods
• contributing to creating conditions for future internship and employment opportunities
• creating conditions that contribute to the project's goal fulfillment

You report to the project manager and are part of the IMPACT project group.

Who are you?

The position is a parental leave substitute until 2026-12-31 at 30%.
