We are Pears is seeking an experienced Project Manager within Business Development and Strategic Control for a large-scale development assignment at Region Västernorrland.

This is a business-close assignment where you will have the opportunity to develop future working methods for control and leadership in close collaboration with the region's management teams and managers.

About the Assignment

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for further developing Region Västernorrland's framework for control and leadership.

The assignment involves translating strategy into practical implementation by developing working methods, processes, and methods that strengthen the organization's long-term development.

The work is carried out iteratively and in close dialogue with the region's managers, management teams, and operations, where you lead workshops, analyze the organization's needs, and drive the change process from idea to implementation.

The assignment includes:

✓ Lead the project from start to finish
Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor the different phases of the project.

✓ Develop the future control model
Create frameworks, processes, and working methods that strengthen Region Västernorrland's strategic leadership.

✓ Lead workshops and facilitate change work
Plan and conduct dialogue-based workshops together with managers and management teams.

✓ Conduct analyses
Identify patterns, evaluate the current state, and translate insights into concrete improvement proposals.

✓ Implement new working methods
Support the operations during the introduction, adaptation, and follow-up of the new framework.

✓ Create broad anchoring
Ensure that solutions are anchored with management and operations through an inclusive working approach.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience in project management within business and organizational development
• Experience in business and process development
• Experience in project leadership or investigations within public sector operations at the management level
• Extensive experience in leading complex change and development assignments
• Extensive experience in investigation work in complex organizations
• Experience in leading workshops and facilitation processes for management teams
• Experience in strategic change work within the public sector
• Good understanding of control, leadership, and organizational development
• Very good communicative skills in Swedish, both oral and written
• A structured, result-oriented, and consultative working approach
• Knowledge of Region Västernorrland's organization and process management is meritorious
