Do you want to become a key part of one of the largest staffing and recruitment companies in the Nordics? We are now looking for an engaged coordinator who wants to work evenings/weekends/nights on StudentConsulting's national on-call service, based in Sundsvall!

In the role of staffing coordinator, you are responsible for handling orders and sick leave notifications outside of office hours from our customers/consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person to the customer.

You will work with among other things:

• Receiving sick leave notifications from consultants
• Receiving calls from customers regarding booking of consultants
• Administration regarding consultants/customers
• Scheduling

The working hours are Mon-Fri 17:00-08:00, Sat 09:30-21:30, and Sun 09:30-22:00/22:00-09:30. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will be on "sleeping on-call" duty from your home and available when our customers or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in Sundsvall.

In the long term, there is a great opportunity for the role to expand with more tasks, working then at our office in Sundsvall during daytime. The tasks in the role will then include among other things:

• Recruitment processes
• Ad design
• Selection, phone interviews, booking interviews, and reference checks
• Labour market activities such as participating in fairs, etc.
• Scheduling of consultants
• Phone contact with consultants and partially customers

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and want a fun, challenging, and developmental part-time job. We believe you are studying PA (Personal Administration) or similar and want to get a foot in the door in the industry. If you have some experience in similar work, it is seen as an advantage, but not a requirement.

We also see that you are independent, detail-oriented, and outgoing. We believe you have a great interest in people and through wholehearted engagement will be a good representative for StudentConsulting. You are passionate about providing service to customers and always want to leave good work behind. That we have fun together and can cheer each other on within the team is very important. We want you to think this is important too when choosing us.

To be considered for the position, you must be studying at a university or college and have the opportunity to work approx. 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for the position and would prefer that you have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years) and can also imagine a future within the staffing industry.
