We are looking for an Agenda Manager for a company in Stockholm. Start date is in August, for an initial 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. This role is 100% onsite in Stockholm.

We are seeking an experienced and driven consultant for the role of Agenda Manager for our client's business area. The assignment involves acting as a strategic and operational support to the Business Manager and the management team, focusing on business control, planning, follow-up, and management processes.

The role is central to creating structure, momentum, and quality in the business area's work. The consultant will act as the Business Manager's right-hand person, ensuring that strategic initiatives, business planning, and decisions are translated into concrete activities with clear follow-up.

We are looking for a person with a consulting mindset, high self-drive, and the ability to work independently in a complex business environment with many stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as strategic and operational support to the Business Manager and the management team.

  • Plan, structure, and drive the management team's agenda, ensuring that the right issues are handled at the right time.

  • Coordinate, prepare, and ensure the quality of management meetings, workshops, business forums, and other strategic forums.

  • Ensure that decision-making materials are of high quality and that meetings are well-prepared with relevant materials, participants, and objectives.

  • Drive and coordinate business planning as well as ongoing follow-up of the business plan and strategic initiatives.

  • Follow up on decisions, activities, and commitments, ensuring progress and implementation.

  • Coordinate and align activities between different parts of the organization.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in control, planning, and management processes.

  • Support the Business Manager in prioritization, communication, and progress on the business area's most important issues.

  • Plan and execute larger meetings, conferences, and management workshops.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience working closely with executives, management teams, or equivalent decision-making bodies.

  • Experience from a management consulting role, Chief of Staff function, or another strategic business development role.

  • Documented experience in business planning, follow-up, and coordination of strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent ability to structure, prioritize, and drive work forward in complex organizations.

  • Experience in creating high-level decision-making materials, presentations, and management reports.

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Copilot.

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with high delivery reliability.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)
  • Experience from larger organizations with established control and decision-making processes.

  • Experience in change management or business development.

  • Experience facilitating workshops and management forums.

  • Experience from knowledge-intensive businesses or consulting organizations.

  • Experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, or PMO-like work.

This role requires fluent knowledge of both Swedish and English.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Stockholm. Start date is in August, for an initial 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. This assignment is 100% on-site in Stockholm.
