Do you want to take a key role in strengthening financial control in complex and business-critical projects? Bravida is now looking for an experienced Project Controller for a qualified assignment where you will have the opportunity to work close to the operations and contribute to the development of structure, processes, and monitoring in a project-intensive organization.

About the role

As a Project Controller, you are part of the group's finance function and are responsible for the financial control of larger and more complex projects. You work closely with project management and leadership and actively contribute to ensuring good profitability, quality in monitoring, and clear decision support. The role involves a strong focus on developing and establishing efficient working methods and processes in an organization that is undergoing development.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Own and drive the financial monitoring of projects from start to completion
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and tools for project monitoring and ensure compliance within the organization
• Support the business management of projects through analyses, forecasts, and progressive profit settlement (SVA)
• Create and follow up on project budgets, final cost forecasts, and financial outcomes
• Be a close financial support and sounding board to project managers in business-critical decisions
• Ensure correct revenue recognition, invoicing, and profitability in projects
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate analyses into clear decision support
• Report and visualize the projects' financial status and key figures to management and steering groups

Your profile

We are looking for you with a university degree in economics and with very good experience of project controlling in larger project- or contract-intensive operations.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have experience of advanced project monitoring and working close to project management
• Have a good understanding of project logic, profitability drivers, and risk management
• Are accustomed to driving the development of models, frameworks, and processes within controlling
• Have very good system proficiency, preferably experience with business systems such as Agresso
• Have very good knowledge of Excel and an interest in digital/AI-based working methods
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English

You are analytical, structured, and have high business understanding, and you thrive in a role where you can combine deep analysis with dialogue and influence. You are communicative and can clearly translate complex financial and operational data into insights and recommendations. Furthermore, you are driving, proactive, and have the ability to create structure and momentum in a changing and extensive organization. You have a natural ability to take leadership in complex environments and build trust with senior stakeholders.
