About the role
Do you want to help develop future preschools and schools in an organization where nature, movement, sustainable development, and quality are at the center?
At Ur och Skur Utveckling, we are now looking for a driven and forward-thinking Business Developer with a special focus on digital development, central administration, and smart working methods. In addition to digital development, you will also be responsible for conducting business visits based on analysis and supporting both preschool teachers and principals in their development work.
The role is broad and spans both strategic and more operationally focused development assignments. You will become a key resource in the work of strengthening quality, efficiency, equity, and digital maturity among our employees and managers.
