ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional controller role. We are looking for someone who loves understanding how business works, is driven by finding opportunities for improvement, and wants to use data, technology, and AI to create real business value.

You will report to the CFO and work closely with the CEO and the executive team — having a significant impact on how we manage and develop the business.

You will

• Analyze sales, margins, profitability, and costs
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPI structures
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting
• Build business cases and decision support materials that are actually used
• Automate processes and reduce manual work
• Act as a strategic partner to business managers and leadership

We are looking for someone who

• Has approximately 5 years of experience as a Business Controller, consultant, or analyst
• Is business-driven and wants to understand the operations in depth — not just report on them
• Is self-motivated and takes significant personal responsibility
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with a high pace
• Has a genuine interest in data, technology, and AI
• Sees automation as an opportunity, not a threat
