Nordic Surrogacy is the leading surrogacy and fertility company in the Nordics. We are now looking for a paralegal/junior lawyer for our office in central Stockholm. Do you want to make a real difference and help families realize their dream? Then this is the role for you!

As a paralegal/junior lawyer, you work with legal issues related to our surrogacy processes and serve as an important support to the company's responsible lawyer/legal function, as well as to the team and the prospective parents.

• You work with legal issues related to family building and authority processes.
• You handle and administer cases concerning the establishment of parenthood, custody, and adoption.
• You have ongoing contact with prospective parents as well as authorities, both in Sweden and internationally.
• You contribute to ensuring legal quality and clarity throughout the entire process.
• You assist the company's responsible lawyer/legal function in ongoing cases and in the development of legal working methods.

We work at a fast pace, where attention to detail, structure, and flexibility are crucial. You work closely with the team and help develop our working methods. Working hours are primarily office hours, with some adaptation based on international contacts.

Who are you?

• You have a law degree or other relevant legal education/experience and are at the beginning of your career.
• You have a strong interest in family law; experience in the field is an advantage.
• You have the ability to explain legal issues in a pedagogical and accessible way.
• You are meticulous, structured, responsible, and service-oriented.
• You are communicative and relationship-building.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
