What we offer you

An enriching and socially important assignment where you have the opportunity to help shape the future of social services. The Social Services Administration is facing a major transition where new legal requirements, changed societal conditions, and high ambitions for increased independence for residents demand new ways of working and collaboration. As a change leader, you will have a key role in driving and coordinating this development within the area of employment and social security.

You are offered a combination of a strategic and operationally close role with great scope for influence, where you, together with managers, employees, and collaboration partners, contribute to developing a social service that strengthens residents' opportunities for self-support, work, studies, or other meaningful activities.

We have a wide selection of benefits related to activities, well-being, insurance, pension, remote work, and vacation: Our Benefits (#)

The Assignment

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Identify development needs and translate these into concrete actions and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that the operations are well prepared for upcoming legislation and national reforms.

  • Support managers and operations in change work and implementation of new ways of working.
