About Four FM 💗

Four FM offers premium solutions within Facility Management. We are an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company with a culture characterized by engagement, collaboration, and high quality. At Four FM, the pace is fast, decisions are quick, and people are always at the center. We are now looking for a Contract Director who wants to become a key player in our deliveries and our continued growth.

About the Role 🚀

As Contract Director, you have overall responsibility for our operational deliveries. You lead the operations of your contracts from start to finish, ensuring that quality, economics, safety, and customer satisfaction maintain a high and consistent level over time. You are responsible for multiple contracts and deliveries, leading through other managers. Your focus is on developing the business, the organization, and our ways of working over time – in close collaboration with Nordic colleagues.

With full personnel responsibility, you lead and develop our operational managers who together drive the delivery within the various contracts. You create engagement, clear goals, and a culture of accountability, ensuring that the team has the right prerequisites to deliver with high quality and stability over time. You are given a large mandate to make quick and well-founded decisions – always in line with Four FM's values and strategic direction.

The role is both operational and strategic, and you will become an important part of our Operational Management Team. You work closely with our COO, to whom you also report. You navigate complex deliveries with multiple stakeholders, often in an international environment with global players, where clear structure, prioritization, and leadership are crucial.

Among other things, you will:

  • Ensure stable and high-quality delivery according to contracts, KPIs, and internal processes.
  • Have overall responsibility for quality, economics, KPIs, analysis, reporting, and goal achievement.
  • Contribute with strong business understanding and identify new business opportunities (sales savvy is a plus).
  • Lead, develop, and strengthen your teams.
  • Drive HSE work and ensure that legal requirements and safety routines are followed.
  • Be responsible for labor law issues, union cooperation, and all parts of the recruitment process – from onboarding to termination of employment – in close collaboration with HR.
  • Conduct union negotiations and ensure compliance with collective agreements.
  • Drive innovation, improvement work, and further development of our services.
  • Follow our financial frameworks and mandates according to the Financial Authority Matrix.
  • In short: You own the whole picture – leadership, economics, customer, and delivery.
This is you! 🎯

You are a confident, driven leader who likes responsibility, structure, and seeing both people and the business grow. You think strategically, act operationally, and thrive in an environment where decisions are made quickly.

We believe that you:

  • Have clear experience of operational management (leading through other managers), preferably in service-intensive or contract-driven operations.
  • Have had overall responsibility for larger customer assignments, multiple units, or contracts.
  • Have strong business understanding and a sharp eye for numbers, KPIs, and analysis.
  • Are innovative, development-driven, and enjoy contributing to the company's growth.
  • Are confident in labor law, union cooperation, and daily personnel management.
  • Are accustomed to making quick and well-founded decisions.
  • Are communicative and confident in both Swedish and English.
  • Are a team player who also stands firm when you need to lead in speed and change.
Education 👩‍🎓

Education is meritorious – but what really counts is your experience, your drive, and your fingertip feel for people and business. We value real competence and documented results over formal titles.

Why you will thrive with us ✨

At Four FM, you step into an environment where things happen. We are agile and non-hierarchical. Here you get responsibility, mandate, and a daily life filled with both drive and community.

Our values C.A.R.E – Compassion, Attention, Respect & Excellence permeate everything we do. We care, we see the details, and we always deliver with pride and quality.

We like to work hard, but we also like to have fun – spontaneous after-work events, laughter, and strong team spirit are part of the package. Freedom under responsibility is real here: if you deliver, you control your daily life.

Additionally, you get:

  • Company car.
  • Opportunities to travel both within Sweden and internationally.
  • Wellness allowance.
  • In short: with us, you get speed, freedom, and a culture where you can make a real difference.
