Do you want to work close to the operations and make a real difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to contribute to world-class care.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you work as an operational, business-close partner to the operations. You support managers across the entire HR area – from day-to-day operational employee issues to change management and development initiatives. You are part of an HR team where we work together to strengthen and support managers in their roles.
Your mission
- Support and coach managers in labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation
- Handle and support complex employee issues
- Monitor and analyze HR-related key performance indicators
- Contribute to the development of HR practices and routines
Who are you?
We are looking for you with several years of experience in broad HR work and good knowledge of labor law, work environment, and recruitment with a focus on analysis and feedback of personality tests. You have relevant education in the field and good experience in supporting managers with complex cases in larger organizations, as well as experience with change management and training initiatives.

- Structured and able to handle multiple issues in parallel
