As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will become a key player in our efforts to attract and hire the right people for our various assignments. Among other things, you will:

• Participate in the entire recruitment process – from advertising and selection to interviews, reference checks, and employment.
• Be an active part of our employer branding efforts by being visible in our channels and contributing ideas to strengthen our brand.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and colleagues to ensure we always have the right competence in place.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are:

• Previously experienced in sales or recruitment.
• Unafraid to meet people and confident in both interview settings and social media.
• Curious about recruitment and eager to learn more about the entire process.
• Accustomed to taking initiative and contributing energy to the team.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
