About the Role

As a Sustainability Business Partner, you are part of the sustainability function and report functionally to the Group Communications & Sustainability Manager. At the same time, you work closely with purchasing, assortment, and sourcing in a clearly business-oriented role.

Your mission is to identify and drive one or two business-oriented initiatives within assortment and the supplier chain that create concrete business value. In parallel, you will build structures for follow-up, data, and KPIs that strengthen our ability to make better decisions.

The role is located in Örebro or Stockholm.

Main Responsibilities

You will among other things:

• Integrate sustainability into purchasing and assortment processes.
• Drive business-oriented initiatives that strengthen profitability, reduce risk, and develop the offering.
• Set clear requirements for suppliers and follow up on compliance.
• Ensure quality and availability in product data.
• Structure data collection, follow-up, and reporting.
• Develop and monitor relevant sustainability KPIs.
• Produce analyses and decision support for purchasing and management.
• Contribute to the work with CSRD and ESRS.

Education and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines business understanding with sustainability competence and thrives on turning strategy into concrete action. We see that you have relevant academic education in areas such as sustainability, economics, engineering, or similar. You have practical experience in sustainability work and experience in data-driven work with KPIs, analysis, and follow-up.

Experience from the retail, electronics, or consumer goods industries is also considered an advantage. Knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and relevant EU regulations is also seen as valuable for this role.
