Information about the Swedish Armed Forces and the recruiting unit:
The Swedish Armed Forces are undergoing extensive development work to build a stronger defense against the backdrop of a deteriorating international situation and a new defense policy orientation focusing on national defense. Leading a stronger defense aims to increase robustness, simplify command and control relationships, and, through decentralization of mandates and responsibilities, increase the conditions for mission tactics.
In the Swedish Armed Forces, there is a strong value base built on openness, results, and responsibility. Professional development and personal health are valued and encouraged. There are good conditions for internal career mobility, wellness programs, and a good balance between work and private life.
Employment with us involves placement in a security class. Swedish citizenship is usually required.
A security check with register control will be conducted before employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be placed in wartime duties. The employment also includes an obligation to serve abroad. The meaning of this varies depending on the type of position.
A CV and personal letter must be attached to the application for employment. If you proceed in the employment process, certified copies of certificates and documents must always be presented.
Calls from external recruitment agencies and salespeople are declined.
