We are a group of cheerful secretaries now looking for a colleague who wants to work with us at Alvik Primary Care Centre.
About Us
The primary care centre is centrally located, close to the subway and tram lines in Alvik, Bromma. Our well-functioning clinic has approximately 24,000 registered patients of various ages and life stages.
We are approximately 60 employees working together at this primary care centre. Alvik Primary Care Centre is characterized by a good atmosphere within a positive and cheerful team.

Job Responsibilities
The tasks are varied and include, among other things, writing medical records, referrals, and letters, as well as scheduling in the medical record system TakeCare. Other tasks may include mail handling, scanning, and reception. The secretaries provide administrative service to all professional groups at the general practice clinic.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with medical secretary training and a few years of experience working as a secretary at a primary care centre. You are flexible and are not afraid of having tasks beyond writing medical records.
Experience with the Take Care medical record system and good Swedish skills in both speech and writing are required.
Experience with 1177, Always Open, the reconciliation function, Platina, Heroma, and Raindance is meritorious. Experience working as LSA, LITS, and LOTS is also meritorious. Experience working in reception is also considered an advantage.
Employment Type
Permanent full-time position, 100%. Working hours on weekdays Monday to Friday.
Start date according to agreement.
Probationary period may apply.

You have excellent teamwork skills while also enjoying working independently and driving your work forward. You are helpful and contribute to a good atmosphere at the clinic. In patient-facing roles within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new hire examination according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
