About the role
We are now looking for an HR Administrator for Stockholm University who wants to work with various tasks within the personnel department. You will primarily support managers and employees with administration related to salaries, recruitment, and other personnel matters. An important part of the job is to ensure everything is correct in the payroll system and to assist in various parts of the recruitment process. You will become part of a helpful team where it is important to be meticulous, organized, and enjoy providing service.

The position includes the following responsibilities:
The duties primarily concern:

  • Reviewing and following up on cases in our payroll system as well as reviewing salaries before payroll processing,
  • Administration of advertisements, recruitment, and termination of employment in collaboration with the responsible manager,
  • Ordering office and food supplies for the department as needed,
  • Ordering licenses and other IT-related items as needed,
  • Support for the department's managers and staff in simpler HR-related questions (support for the personnel administrator is available from the personnel department if needed).

Assignment period and scope:
The position of HR Administrator is a full-time consultancy assignment starting 2026-08-11 and is expected to last for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements for the position:

  • Upper secondary education or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of work experience as an HR Administrator
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations in the field
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
