As a Business Developer within digitalization, you work on a project basis to identify, prioritize, and develop processes throughout the entire organization. You drive digitalization initiatives from idea to implementation and work with:
- Analysis and prioritization of processes ("Shark Tank backlog")
- Process mapping, improvement, and efficiency
- Digitalization architecture and solution design
- Customer integrations
- Data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI)
- Implementation, training, and change management
You have many contact points and collaborate closely with, among others, customer service, sales, project teams, and international colleagues. Are you the right person for the role? You are motivated by working in a changing environment where you get to take responsibility, drive initiatives forward, and create concrete results. With an analytical approach, you have a natural ability to identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into solutions that make a real difference. You work independently and structured, while taking full ownership of your tasks and deliverables. Your curiosity allows you to quickly get up to speed in new areas, and you enjoy challenging both methods and perspectives. You are meticulous in your work and have an eye for detail, but never lose sight of the big picture or business value. Qualifications To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Experience as a business developer, IT project manager, product owner, or similar
- Experience working with data and digital tools such as Power BI/Automate
- Post-secondary education in areas such as IT, system development, industrial economics, or business management
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an extra plus if you have:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience working with large pricing analysis projects
- Knowledge of Finnish
