📝 The Role

You will work closely with the founding team and take ownership of your own area of responsibility from day one. This is not a back-office role. You will handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations for the customer portfolio across multiple markets and currencies.

The position is 25 to 30 percent of a full-time week, with completely flexible working hours. You work remotely, with the option to sit in the office in Stockholm.

🔧 What will you do?

• Send and follow up on customer invoices for our international customer portfolio

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure a well-managed accounts receivable

• Conduct customer and supplier reconciliations, and identify and follow up on any discrepancies

• Work in Fortnox and support ongoing bookkeeping

• Collaborate with and act as the contact person for our external accounting firm when needed

🎯 What we are looking for

• You are studying economics, finance, or law, or have equivalent experience

• You thrive in a startup environment where the pace is fast

• You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

• You are a native Swedish speaker and communicate fluently in English
